Support
One inbox, one person reading it. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot.
Every email gets a reply. Allow up to two business days — this is a small team, not a support department.
- Whether you are on iOS or Android.
- The email address you signed in with.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see.
I want a refund
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds run through them, not through us:
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay
If the app was broken or unavailable, email us first and we’ll help you through the platform’s flow. See Terms of service for the full policy.
I want to cancel the annual plan
Cancel with the store you bought from — we cannot cancel it for you.
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Per-cut purchases are one-time and have nothing to cancel.
I want to delete my account and data
Use the account deletion page. It works without opening the app, and you can also start it from the app’s profile screen.
My steps or weight aren't syncing
Health sync is optional, and every value can be entered by hand instead. If you connected it and nothing appears, check that AggressiveCut still has permission:
On iPhone: Settings → Apps → Health → Data Access & Devices → AggressiveCut. On Android: open Health Connect → App permissions → AggressiveCut. AggressiveCut only reads steps and body weight — it never writes to Health.
Anything you type in the app takes precedence over a synced value, so a manual correction always wins.
I have a promo code
Open the paywall and tap Redeemin the footer. That hands off to your store’s own redemption sheet.
I need to change my cut's dates
A cut that hasn’t started yet can have its start and end dates moved from the app. Once a cut is running, the dates are fixed — the plan is calculated against them.
Cuts run from 10 to 45 days.
The app won't let me start a cut
That is the safety floor doing its job. AggressiveCut blocks a cut when your starting body-fat or BMI is below the documented minimums, and it tells you before you pay.
The thresholds and the reasoning are on the medical disclaimer page. This is not a bug and we cannot lift it for an individual account.
Press, partnerships, or anything else
Press and media enquiries go to eyad@aggressivecut.com. The press kit has the fact sheet and logo files.
AggressiveCut is a fitness tool, not medical advice. We cannot give medical guidance over email. If something feels wrong physically, stop the cut and speak to a physician — see the medical disclaimer for stop-use symptoms.
