Your event is on a specific date.
Your plan works backward from there.
AggressiveCut is the 10–30 day adaptive fat-loss protocol for people with something on the calendar. Muscle-first. Sold per cut, not per month.
$19.99 per cut · $79.99 per year · No monthly tier

Your event is the whole app
Every other fat-loss app asks what you want to weigh. AggressiveCut asks when the event is. The countdown stays at the top of every screen. When it reaches zero, the cut ends and the app goes quiet.
Six event types: wedding, vacation, beach, photo shoot, reunion, or custom.
The plan adapts overnight. Quietly.
At midnight, AggressiveCut looks at what you did yesterday and decides what the plan should be today. If you were ahead of projection, calories go up slightly. If you were behind, they come down — until the 1,200 kcal floor. Then projection shifts instead.
No check-in ceremony. No coach to message. No modal that interrupts your morning. One line of explanation when the plan changes. That’s it.
Target updated: +40 kcal. You were ahead yesterday.
Aggressive, with rails
AggressiveCut runs deficits that most apps refuse to run. It also runs floors most aggressive programs don’t.
Muscle preservation is the non-negotiable. Every design choice — from the protein target to the resistance-training nudge to the back-to-back-cut advisory — protects lean mass.
Soft-exit before paywall. If you shouldn’t cut, the app refuses the money.
Pay for the event. Not the relationship.
AggressiveCut costs $19.99 per cut. One-time. You pay it, you see the event through, and the app goes quiet until your next date.
If you cut more than four times a year, the $79.99 annual plan unlocks unlimited cuts and saves you money. There is no monthly tier.
You are not buying a fitness subscription. You are buying a specific outcome on a specific date.
Pay once. See the event through. App goes quiet.

No monthly tier. No free trial. No promo codes.

AggressiveCut is for you if
- You know what “aggressive cut” means.
- You have an event on the calendar 10–30 days out.
- You’ve tried MyFitnessPal and found it too generic.
- You’ve tried Carbon or MacroFactor and found them too slow.
- You want the protocol, not the coaching overlay.
- You want to pay for this specific event, not rent a fitness app forever.
AggressiveCut is not for you if
- You’re under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of eating disorders, kidney or liver disease, type-1 diabetes, or you’re undergoing active cancer treatment.
- Your starting body-fat is below 10% (men) or 18% (women). At that point, further fat loss would cost muscle and disrupt health.
- Your starting BMI is below 18.5. The app will soft-exit you at onboarding.
- You want open-ended tracking or long-term coaching. Other apps do that well; we don’t do it at all.
The obvious questions, answered.
What’s an “aggressive cut”?
A calorie deficit above ~25% of your daily energy expenditure, usually run for 10–30 days. Aggressive cuts drop weight faster than conventional deficits but require more discipline and better protein intake to preserve muscle. The fitness community calls this a “mini cut” or “aggressive mini cut” interchangeably.
Why per-cut pricing?
Because this isn’t a habit app. An aggressive cut has a start date and an end date. When the cut ends, AggressiveCut should go quiet — not keep charging you. Per-cut pricing matches what the product actually is.
Is it safe?
AggressiveCut runs aggressive deficits inside explicit rails: a 1,200 kcal minimum floor, body-fat floors at 10% (men) and 18% (women), BMI floor at 18.5, and a full medical-disclaimer gate before your first cut. If the math says a cut isn’t right for you, the app says so — before you pay. See medical disclaimer for full details.
How is AggressiveCut different from MyFitnessPal, Carbon, MacroFactor, RP Diet Coach?
MyFitnessPal is a general-purpose tracker built for everyone; AggressiveCut is narrow on purpose. Carbon and MacroFactor have adaptive algorithms but don’t support aggressive deficits — their brand is “sustainable.” RP Diet Coach supports aggressive protocols but is bodybuilder-coded and monthly subscription. AggressiveCut combines event-driven framing, an adaptive algorithm, an aggressive protocol, and per-cut pricing — no single competitor does all four.
Is there a free trial?
No. Not in v1. The price is $19.99 for a single cut; if it doesn’t work for you, email info@aggressivecut.com.
What happens when my cut ends?
At midnight on event day, the cut ends automatically. Open the app next and you’ll see the end-of-cut reveal: starting → ending weight, body-fat delta, training days logged, projection verdict. One tap to share a PNG of the result. After that, AggressiveCut goes dormant until you start a new cut.
Can I pause or extend a cut?
Not in v1. Cuts are time-boxed from your chosen start date to your event date, both locked at setup. If your real-world event is rescheduled, the cut still ends on the original date. A mid-cut extension is a post-MVP feature.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing dramatic. Missing a weigh-in is fine — the trend line skips the gap and draws smoothly across. Missing a workout triggers one reminder at 10 AM after three idle days. There are no streaks, no shaming, and no reset if you fall off. The plan keeps adapting based on what you actually do.
One price. One cut. One event you see through.
